I have to admit, I am a little excited for the Super Bowl this year, because I live in Minnesota and there will be so much activity going on Super Bowl week. Thank goodness I live about 30 minutes away from US Bank Stadium, far enough away to avoid the traffic but still close enough to attend events.
In years past I have made Super Bowl questionnaires for the kids I used to work with, and have had questions as to if I was going to make a new one for this year. So here it is! You can print from the link or the picture below.
